Maddison Savage, Ph.D

Ph.D. Licensed Psychologist at Metro and Clinical Supervisor

Dr. Maddison Savage (she/her) is a licensed psychologist in the State of Arizona. She is based out of the Metro Integrated Health Home, where she provides direct clinical services to members while also supervising doctoral students from Copa Health’s Clinical Education Department. She received her M.A. in clinical mental health counseling and Ph.D. in a Combined Counseling and School Psychology program from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona in 2021. Dr. Savage completed her pre-doctoral internship at COPA health’s Arrowhead clinic and completed her post-doctoral residency with COPA Health’s Metro clinic. Dr. Savage has extensive experience with the SMI population, providing strengths-based, solution-focused care. Dr. Savage provides Cognitive Processing Therapy for survivors of trauma, and frequently works with survivors of interpersonal violence. Dr. Savage operates from a feminist perspective, empowering members to advocate for themselves, gain autonomy, and make informed choices in their care while incorporating ways to navigate societal issues.
