About:

At Copa's Florian Outpatient Treatment Center, members have access to an array of services including:

• Counseling - Individual, group, and couples counseling, and psycho education. A variety of needs are addressed including, but not limited to situation stressors, family relations, interpersonal relationships, mental health issues, life span issues, psychiatric illnesses, addictions, the needs of victims of abuse or other trauma and social determinants of health.
• The Bridge Program at Florian addresses the needs of members that have frequent visits to ER or inpatient admissions. The program helps members build independence in the community by addressing specific needs.
• In-Home Support Services provided by Peer Support with life experience and peer support certification. Peer Support helps client reach goals related to living independently in the community. ADL and ILS skills training, socialization, and community living.
• Florian's Digital Navigator Program provides individuals with personalized support and assistance in finding:
• Free or low cost access the internet
• Free or low cost devices
• Developing essential digital skills often through one-on-one assistance
